Broker statefulsets not configured to use persistent volume

    Description

      The statefulset used for the brokered addressspace, and queue address types of the standard addressspace do not correctly configure the Broker's storage to use the assigned persistent volume.

      This defect means that if the Broker restarts for any reason or the cluster itself is restarted the persistent messages are lost.

      The problem does not appear in the upstream.
