Update OpenShift references

Update OpenShift version to 4.5
(create new local attribute for version)

Wrong:
In the OpenShift Container Platform web console, navigate to Catalog → OperatorHub.
Correct:
In the OpenShift Container Platform web console, navigate to Operators → OperatorHub.

Wrong:
Choose AMQ Interconnect Operator from the list of available Operators, and then click Install.
Correct:
Choose Red Hat Integration - AMQ Interconnect from the list of available Operators, and then click Install.

Wrong:
On the Create Operator Subscription page, select the namespace into which you want to install the Operator, and then click Subscribe.
The Subscription Overview page appears displaying the status of the Operator installation.
Correct:
On the Operator Installation page, select the namespace into which you want to install the Operator, and then click Install.
Once the operator installation completes, click View Operator.

Wrong:
Switch to the Catalog → Installed Operators page, and verify that the AMQ Interconnect Operator is displayed and its Status is InstallSucceeded
Correct:
Switch to the Operators → Installed Operators page, and verify that the Red Hat Integration - AMQ Interconnect Operator is displayed and its Status is Succeeded

Wrong:
Switch to the Catalog → Operator Management page and inspect the Operator Subscriptions and Install Plans tabs for any failures or errors in Status.
Correct:
Switch to the Operators → Installed Operators → Red Hat Integration - AMQ Interconnect page and inspect the Subscription tab for any failures or errors in Status.
