Automatic management of admin credentials in a secret

The admin password is in clear text in the operator CRD (adminPassword in kind: ActiveMQArtemis).

requirement is to be able to reference a secret (or better yet, integration to a vault).

Existing solution is to create a secret in advance based on a predictive naming convention but it's not as clean and would require rework for any automation as the operator evolves.
