Evaluate netty-native usage in the container images wrt multi-arch

Recently via ENTESB-17284 - 'Build newer versions of netty natives for ppc64le,s390s' the Fuse team updated the build process of netty to build a single build that contained native artifacts for ppc64le, s390x, and x86_64. This was done in a follow up assembly build such that there are now x86_64 builds as well as multi-arch builds available.

Given this development we should evaluate how we consume netty in the container images and see if we need to make an update.
