Please accommodate message consumption statistics

AMQ 7 web console does not reflect message consumption statistics. It would be very helpful should the broker display message consumption rate per address. This would allow fine grained monitoring on each destination and consumers. Please note, this is in addition to the 'slow-consumer' strategy available in the broker.

The slow consumer strategy aimed at detecting slow consumers. However, this request focuses on reflecting the time taken to deliver a message to the corresponding endpoint. It would be also very helpful to showcase the time taken to perform an ACK on a message at an average. Furthermore, it would be ideal to reflect the time delta for pre-dertmined percentile.
