Read message headers and properties from command line

Customer wants a command line tool that displays the message properties and headers from a message b y message id.

Something like this:

$ artemis headers --message-id 123456
— Headers of message : 123456
A - B
C - D
— Properties
E - F

They need this because it's taking to long to inspect the message headers and properties from Hawtio when opening large messages.
