application-templates refer to old quickstarts

Actual application-templates point to https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/blob/application-templates-2.1.fuse-730002/quickstarts/spring-boot-camel-config-template.json#L36 version of
https://github.com/fabric8-quickstarts/spring-boot-camel-config/blob/spring-boot-camel-config-1.0.0.fuse-730004/pom.xml#L19 which points to wrong Fuse BOM - should be 7.3.0.fuse-730012. I believe application-templates GIT_REF is not updated properly with pipeline.
