fabric8:apply does not create routes if fabric8.domain property nor $KUBERNETES_DOMAIN specified.

Note that "oc expose" does not need the domain specified, it uses the default configured in master.

fabric8:apply should use the same default as the "oc expose" would use on OpenShift.
