Review and polish spring-boot-camel-config quickstart

Check https://github.com/fabric8-quickstarts/spring-boot-camel-config, if possible, look to polish the following points:

• Modify readme to clearly state if a quickstart is deprecated, runs only locally, runs only on openshift or runs on both
• when possible move openshift specific stuff (like Arquilian integration tests tests ) in a specific OpenShift profile
