      1. fabric:create
      2. container-create-ssh --host <remote-host> --user <user> --password <pass> ssh
      3. upload artifact to maven upload url
      4. create profile with uploaded bundle
      5. deploy profile to root container -> success
      6. deploy profile to ssh container -> waiting

      Description

      SSH container should resolve artifact uploaded to root container (http://host:8181/maven/upload) out of the box. Nothing in log just hangs on waiting status.
