Need to expose full Camel context with endpoints/data formats in SwitchYard

We need to expose the full Camel context in order to integrate the Camel Dozer / Transformation functionality in the Camel tooling. Particularly, the tooling needs access to data formats and endpoints.

From Keith, kdoc :
