Mapping from unset data item doesn't work in BPM

    Description

      I prepared a reproducer, based on BPM quickstart, that reproduces the behaviour on 'fault' data item which is not set during execution of BPM. Compatibility is affected:

      6.0 'fault' is set - OK
      6.0 'fault' is not set - OK
      6.2 'fault' is set - OK
      6.2 'fault' is not set - Fail

      You will get:

      Caused by: javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: [Error: null pointer or function not found: fault]
[Near : {... fault ....}]

      Note that 'fault' is non default name, the default is 'Fault'. If 'Fault' is used instead, it works in 6.2.
