      2. Hold cursor on some tab on the left side and see the tooltip

      Tooltip that is showing when holding cursor on some tab in Preferences window is too big and usually it hides another tab. I don't think this tooltip is necessary but if it is, it should be definitely smaller and should not be disturbing.
