Karaf pax web - OPTIONS methods not exposed

Seems like that after the pax web upgrade, OPTIONS endpoints are not exposed anymore, curl -v -XOPTIONS --request-target '*' http://127.0.0.1:8181_ replies with _HTTP/1.1 405 Method Not Allowed.

OPTIONS method should be exposed (unless explicitly configured).
