Test RHSSO with Fuse 7.11.1 AR20 on Karaf

Before every new version of Fuse, confirm with TL, on which RHSSO version you should test (ask for the component alignment document).

When the RHSSO version with which we should test is updated, change it also in ci-ops-fuse project for our jobs:
