javax.jms package in the weblogic jar is not shown in the exports command

      Step 1: Start the Fuse and connect to any child container

      Step 2: Execute the below command

       

      exports | grep javax.jms
      

      It shows the ids of the installed javax,jms packages

       

      Step 3: Install the weblogic bundle attached to case # 02882153 using the below command

      fabric:profile-edit --bundle wrap:file://<<path to the jar>>/wlthint3client.jar <<profile id>> 

      Step 4: Execute the headers command on the newly installed weblogic jar.

      In the exported section, we can see the javax.jms package

      Step 5: Execute the exports command again as in the step 2

      Expectation: new javax.jms package should be visible which is connected to the weblogic bundle.

      Actual: This new package is not displayed

      Note: The customer cannot see the extra javax.jms package in the lower environment but it is visible in the production environment resulting in the ClassCastException.

    Description

      The attached weblogic jar contains the javax.jms package. The javax.jms package is also present in the exported path of the headers.

      When this jar is installed as bundle on the Fuse Fabric and exports command is executed, the javax.jms package is not displayed in the output.
