Linked documentation is for version 7.9 instead of version 7.10

    Description

      After selecting the User Guide in Syndesis help menu, the user is redirected to the documentation for version 7.9, but it should be version 7.10.
      Same issue as here: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTESB-15349.
      The link should contain 7.9 version in prod builds, even if it's empty now.
