The fuse online operator seems to be creating an operatorgroup along with the subscription. But there's an issue when the operator was installed via operatorhub because there's already an operatorgroup in that project (autogenerated when creating subscription) and AFAIK there can only be one operatorgroup per project.
Deleting the autogenerated operatorgroup allows the operator to create the subscription and install Jaeger, but the installation reports Failed status and will be unusable for upgrading.
