The nodeAffinity and toleration configurations are set as a post-install task (the DeploymentConfig are patched after syndesis CR is installed, as a result the pods are restarted).

If the user provides a syndesis CustomResource with the nodeAffinity and toleration, then it should just install the components without restarting the pods after it is installed.
