Implement Jenkins pipeline Camel-K

We have several jobs that are executed manually ATM. QE needs a one central pipeline that will orchestrate the Camel K jobs. At the last stage, the pipeline will listen on UMB messages.

DoD:

• pipeline will be parametrized
• pipeline will consume messages from ENTESB "DEFINE_CONTRACT_BETWEEN_ENG_PROD"
• pipeline will execute all Camel K tests
• pipeline should be ready for UMB onboarding
• there will be basic documentation for the pipeline
