Reintroduce Quartz Scheduler Page in Web Console / Hawtio

The Fuse 6.3 releases included a Hawtio Page for viewing and modifying the various quartz schedulers / jobs.  The new console seems to be missing this functionality.  Access to the mbeans is present through the JMX tree view but the layout and operations for modifying the schedulers are less intuitive.  This would restore the missing dedicated quartz scheduler / job views as first-class displays.
