Use of fuse-mirror requires other module dependencies

... specifically, the kafka-clients module requires a dependency on org.lz4

Since there is no other way to build the camel prod branch nor to download its dependencies, wildfly-camel should also use the fuse-mirror (for now).

This is critical, because otherwise we have no Jenkins CI
