Apicurito editor in Syndesis should have option to convert API v2 to v3

This is an enhancement/bug.

Apicurito standalone has a new option to convert OpenAPIv2 to OpenAPIv3 in the current version.
However, this functionality is not included in the Apicurito editor in Syndesis and probably should be.
