the bash install script doesn't create the needed pull secret

    Description

      tried following the instructions to install fuse online 7.5 on OCP 4.x and when executing 

      bash install_ocp.sh --datavirt --project appdev-fuse-online --console https://console-openshift-console.apps.cluster-ff7e.sandbox879.opentlc.com

      on an already existing project it fails to create the needed syndesis-pull-secret
      I confirm when running the install cmd with syndesis-pull-secret the installation works fine
