Improve SQL Client Editor

The current SQL Client in Fuse Editor is minimal as it gives user a drop-down list of views and ability to select and execute views for its content.

This request is to expand the functionality to provide a free form SQL where user is allowed to type in any valid SQL query for the given VDB and execute and review the results of it.

As per the code completions/suggestions for this editor will be handled separately in another issue.
