    Description

      Replace this download manager with one that relies on upstream components:

      https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/jboss-fuse-qe/fuse-structural-tests/blob/master/src/test/java/com/redhat/fuse/qe/FuseManager.java

      This download manager is only available on the Fuse QE nexus and makes it harder for other engineers to use it. Fuse QE repo has to be added to each maven settings for this to work.
