2 Fuse instances are not able to scan PID cfg files on a shared NFS folder at the same time.

2 Red Hat Fuse 7.5.0 instances with the same directory on a shared NFS drive for the PID cfg files.

Their etc/config.properties file has the following properties set:

felix.fileinstall.dir    = ${karaf.etc}, ${env:EX_CONFIG_PATH}
felix.fileinstall.subdir.mode = recurse

The 2 Fuse instances are not able to detect the changes at the same time.
