[ER2] karaf-camel-amq S2I is looking for non existing evironment variable AMQP_SERVICE_PORT

Testing karaf-camel-amq-template from s2i fails because AMQP_SERVICE_PORT is not specified.

In the json itself it is not specified.
So I compared karaf-camel-amq-template with spring-boot-camel-amq-template.

Comparing the two projects specified inside the json template the difference is that in spring-boot-camel-amq there is application.properties where inside is specified #Ampq connection configuration.
Another difference looking between s2i and application templates is that the latter uses into deployment.yml the configMap karaf-camel-amq-config
