Circuit breaker booster don't have versions explicitly set in plugins

https://github.com/jboss-fuse/fuse-springboot-circuit-breaker-booster/blob/redhat-sb2/greetings-service/pom.xml#L108 are not explicitely set versions for plugins, which then leads to pulling some other (as these versions are not propagated from BOM)...eg. in all other quickstarts it is explicitely set - eg. https://github.com/fabric8-quickstarts/spring-boot-camel-amq/blob/spring-boot-camel-amq-7.5.0.fuse-sb2-750015-redhat-00001/pom.xml#L182

Both fabric8-maven-plugin and spring-boot-maven-plugin don't have it explicitely set.
