integrationLivenessProbeInitialDelaySeconds disappeared from the syndesis-server-config configmap:

Currently you can't create irc-irc integration as the pod is restarted over and over again and probably causes other random restarts as well: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-11244
