Creating Data Virtualization doesn't work

      The creation of Data Virtualization doesn't work on `1.8.1-20191010`.
      When I click on Create button, nothing happens and:
      In the browser console is:

      Error: Not Found

      In the browser network console is a request with status code 404 to the endpoint:

      https://syndesis.my-minishift.syndesis.io/vdb-builder/v1/workspace/dataservices/nameValidation/MyFirstIntegration

      In the syndesis-dv pod log is:

      12:54:06.503 [http-nio-8080-exec-4] WARN  o.s.web.servlet.PageNotFound - No mapping for GET /vdb-builder/v1/workspace/dataservices/nameValidation/MyFirstIntegration
