CxfEndpointBeansTest tests fail after upgrading to blueprint.core 1.10

CXF-blueprint tests use Karaf 2, but in Karaf 4, bundles were reorganized (namespace handler for http://karaf.apache.org/xmlns/jasypt/v1.0.0 is in org.apache.karaf.jaas.blueprint:org.apache.karaf.jaas.blueprint.jasypt now) and also in blueprint-core 1.10, namespace handler mechanisms (related to property placeholders) were changed.

Upgrading to Karaf 4.2.3 together with blueprint.core 1.10 fixes the problems.
