Missing javax.annotation 1.3 version in Karaf

    Description

      In Karaf, we are missing javax.annotation 1.3 version. The CXF 3.2.7 version is dependent on version 1.3. Link. Now, I cannot deploy Karaf CXF JAX-RS annotation, because my MANIFEST.MF contains version 1.3 coming from CXF transitive dependencies.

      Either we add javax.annotation:1.3 into Karaf or we should update BOMs so that we get different versions.
