[RFE] Ability to see Subscription Watch system table for previous days

      RFE for system table improvements. 

      Problem description :

      • User can't see fields related to creation date to answer "when x system entries were created in system table?".
      • Currently system table for RHEL only shows current date data. RFE is to improve system table to get answer for “Since when x host is considered in my system table/subscription usage?”.
      • Customer would like the ability to filter out Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) instances from the "Business Insights: Subscription" dashboard.
