Description of the problem:

Can't access Details Page of NHC for OCP-4.15

Cluster version:

4.15.0-0.nightly-2023-12-19-033450

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go Compute -> NodeHealthChecks -> Create NodeHealthCheck
2. Fill all required fields
3. Press Save Button

Actual result:

Error page appears

Expected result:

NHC details page appears

Additional information:

No access from  Compute -> NodeHealthChecks -> <NHC name> as well
