[DMN Designer] Expression Container Grid

As part of DROOLS-4407 we introduced another method for obtaining grid from the expression container grid, we should refactor the code to minimize the code repetition.

Grep the code for instanceof ExpressionCellValue. Most occurrences are used in very similar way.
