[DMN Designer] Data Types - UX improvements in the Data Type List View

      Improve the Data Types list view according to the mockups.

      1. Add labels in the edit mode
      2. The kebab menu must be omitted in the edit mode
      3. Rename "Decision Tables" to "Boxed Expressions"
      4. Rename "Collection" to "List"
      5. Improve the flow by using focus
      6. Improve the interaction for creating many fields (enter to save , shortcut for a new line )
      7. Rename "--" to "insert a name"
