[DMN Editor] New Expression Columns doesn't respect width of parent column

      1. Create new decision
      2. Open the context editor
      3. Add Context table
      4. Add multiple rows to the table
      5. Set the first row entry as literal expression
      6. Resize this literal expression column (increase/decrease the column width)
      7. In the second context table row specify the entry as decision table
      8. The width of the literal expression form first row will be reset
      9. Add other row to the context table
      10. Specify the entry of this row as Relation
      11. Notice that the new relation width assimilate to parent context table column
        1. This is expected for all context entries types

      New Expression Column doesn't respect the width of the parent column in the context table. It can be seen if the context table contains multiple entries.
