It's good to keep track of the ODF version history starting from cluster installation and whenever cluster was upgraded.

This information is useful while tracking the bugs as well as when cluster started seeing the new issues.

1. Deploy ODF 4.10
2. Upgrade ODF to 4.11 and it's minor releases
3. Upgrade ODF to 4.12 and it's minor releases
4. Upgrade ODF to 4.13 and it's minor releases
5. Upgrade ODF to 4.14 and it's minor releases
6. We donot know the ODF cluster version history

Actual results:
No version history is available for ODF cluster

Expected results:
ODF version history should be available
