The ocs-metrics-exporter pod is not able to retrieve data using client.openshift user. Appears to work with version 4.12 when last tested.

Unable to get metrics for ODF storage.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create user client.openshift with proper permissions.
2. Use ceph-external-cluster-details-exporter.py /w --run-as-user client.openshift option.
3. Create external ODF storagesystem /w resulting json output.

Actual results:

The ocs-metrics-exporter pod is unable to retrieve data from ceph Prometheus.

Expected results:

The ocs-metrics-exporter pod should retrieve data from ceph Prometheus.
