1. Install odf-cli tool
2. Set the values 0.4 for backfill full ratio, 0.85 for nearfull ratio and 0.8 for full ratio by running command ./odf-cli/bin/odf set full 0.8
3. Ceph health goes to error state and following message is displayed

HEALTH_ERR full ratio(s) out of order
[ERR] OSD_OUT_OF_ORDER_FULL: full ratio(s) out of order
full_ratio (0.8) < backfillfull_ratio (0.85), increased

Expected results:
It is better to document backfill, full and nearfull values hierarchy, so that these issues can be avoided.

Say. value of full should not exceed backfill and value of backfill should not exceed nearful
