Fix unit-test build issues

Summary:
Since the project was cleaned up, and unit tests were moved to the drupal web-root, the unit-tests have been sending the incorrect test status to Github for PR's. There is also another issue with the HTML that karma generates is not being created inside the docker container, therefore it is not viewable from PR's.

This is a major issue, as even if unit-tests are failing the PR will always state that the tests are passing.

Expected:

• PR receives the correct PR status
• HTML report is generated and is linked to PR's.
