      Work with Kevin Conner to create project branding for the "Maistra" project.

      From Kevin:

      The upstream Istio website is https://istio.io/, and follows the Nautical theme used by kubernetes.
      Our team is called Maistra, to be hosted at maistra.io, and is Greek for Mainsail.
