For the upcoming release, the following admonitions are needed to reflect promotion features or addition of new preview features:

Add notes for new DP features:

WASM: Add DP notes to descriptions

• content-based-routing.adoc: language and topic.expression properties 
• filtering.adoc: condition and expression properties in 

Promote the following features from Dev Preview to Technology Preview. 

• PostgreSQL connector: Exactly-once delivery of PostgreSQL change event records  DONE
  * MongoDB connector: Use of the Debezium collection option for the capture.scope property. DONE
  
  Remove the admonitions in the following topics for features thare are promoted from TP to GA:
• PG: Debezium with PostgreSQL 17 or later clusters  L2558-L2567; L4367-4376)  DONE
  * PG: Required connector config properties: slot.failover property (L3158-L3161) DONE
