When using Oracle GoldenGate, it will often create a dummy transaction that contains a REPLICATION MARKER event with no COMMIT or ROLLBACK, which can cause issues with the buffering of the connector depending on configuration settings.

We should skip and discard the transaction when we observe REPLICATION MARKER events.
