    Description

      Make it possible for a MySQL connector that has been running successfully for a while to create an ad hoc snapshot of one or more tables. The primary use case is to re-bootstrap a table to recover lost/corrupt data.

      (Originally logged by criccomini as part of DBZ-31, which was subsequently refocused on simply creating an initial snapshot.)
