Oracle Xstream does not propagate commit timestamp to transaction metadata

    Description

      In DBZ-5170, we introduced tracking the BEGIN/END timestamp on the transaction metadata but unfortunately the code for Oracle Xstream replicated the value as Instant.now() rather than using the timestamp from the LCR.
