Typo - Misplaced backtick in link text breaks downstream build

In the description of the max.queue.size property, a typo in the cross-reference to the max.batch.size property incorrectly places the closing backtick, which formats the link text, after the closing square bracket that delimits the link text. This error causes the downstream build to fail.
[`max.batch.size]` should be [`max.batch.size`]
