Use JdbcConfiguration instead of Configuration for JDBC config values

    Description

      There's a dedicated subtype JdbcConfiguration; by using this one for propagating all the "database.*" properties, any confusion is avoided about the scope of a given configuration object. This refactoring also removes the duplicated determination of the "database" related properties.
