Property "log.mining.view.fetch.size" does not take effect

As seen from the last few comments at https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-4120#comment-19596795, found it is bug (probably caused by typo mistake) that adjustment to the oracle connector configuration property "log.mining.view.fetch.size" does not take effect.
